Die unkonstante Leistung, die das CS-Team des eigentlich britischen Clans 4Kings in den letzten Wochen an den Tag legte, hat nun erste Veränderungen zur Folge. Ben "Ben" Woodward, leitender CEO der Königlichen, gab bekannt, dass Spieler natu für eine absehbare Zeit aus unbekannten Gründen nicht mehr aktiv spielen wird. Er wird in der kommenden Zeit von der Ersatzbank aus agieren, wobei dabei das eigentliche Stammteam mit nur drei Spielern Lücken aufweist. Um dem Team für die Qualifikation der NGL One Offline-Finals jedoch Stabilität zu geben, werden diese mit den Aushilfsspielern QuarK und Striker ebenbürtig gefüllt. Das Team hat nach eigener Aussage seit dem ESWC letzten Sommers nicht mehr trainiert, was man in Zukunft jedoch ändern möchte.Lineup 4Kings:

It has come to our attention that of late we have been underperforming and our practice schedule has been non-existent. I can’t really remember the last time we practiced online and our last real practice was a boot camp before ESWC/ISC summer I think. Subsequently we have decided to take on board Striker and QuarK to help us to keep up to pace with our NGL-ONE games and to also ensure we are always able to practice in some shape or form. Hopefully this fresh young talent will help to push us forward and bring the motivation levels up further than they have ever been before!

As it says in this statement I am not quitting the game or leaving the team but I’m purely just taking a break for the time being to be able to sort some things out in my personal life. As this is more or less the off season period with only NGL to focus on for us it seemed like perfect timing for myself to take some time off. Don’t worry though you’ll be seeing me in action in the near future.

Following our inability to field a team vs Fnatic in the ESL playoffs, by far the most important game of the season, we knew something was drastically wrong. We took measures quickly to secure the services of two youngsters who will hopefully help us progress to the finals of NGL One. As far as a new fifth goes, we're currently unsure of who will replace DaY, but once NGL One is over we can focus on sorting our full team out ready for the hectic LAN schedule quickly approaching, I hope to see you all at Cebit!
