It's done! In a very one-sided match our korean talent Du Seop „mTw.AMD|WhO" Chang won against Sky from World Elite within two maps. With winning the ESWC Grand Final 2008 in San Jose, WhO is qualified for the next years final and pockets $12.000 US Dollars. The defending champion, SK.SoJu did not make it to the playoffs.

At the beginning everyone thought it would be an easy groupstage but WhO had some problems and lost to the Czech human Bonecracker. In his previous match he won over the Austrian player Firestrike from Team ALTERNATE, SonKie and the Frenchman Wolf, who surprisingly won against ToD at the ESWC qualification.

Now onto his final opponent Sky, WhO reached the second groupstage among with Grubby and HasuObs from mousesports, In three very exciting matches he lost to Grubby from MYM. his next matches versus Sky and HasuObs were very easy for him so he gained his place in the playoffs.

With beating the Swedish SaSe and the fellow countryman ReiGn with a clear 2-0, his next opponent would once again be Sky, This time Sky did not bring his A game and mTw.AMD|WhO was crowned the ESWC Grand Final champion!
