This weekend three of our teams were leaving their home to travel to Ballerup, Denmark, where the sixteenth edition of SLAP LIVE took place. mTw.AMD was around with the Danish Counter-Strike team, the German one and the German Counter-Strike:Source players. It was a great event and we brought home place 1-3.

All of our teams had to problems to go through groupstage, so mTw.AMD had three teams in the playoffs. Having trouble in the tournament, our danish team had to go to the Lower Bracket in round two where they lost to the danish mixteam plaYer$. It was no problem for the players around Sunde to go through the playoffs and reach the Consolation Final. Better against plaYer$ did our German team. In an excellent fight they were able to beat them and to reach the Upper Bracket final, where they lost to the tournament ATS.dk in a close overtime. Because of this, both mTw.AMD.de and mTw.AMD.int met in the Consolation Final for the first time ever. It was a nice match with the better end for the danish gamers. In the Overall Final we lost to ATS.dk with a close 1-2 result after maps.

Next to the normal Counter-Strike tournament the World Cyber Games Qualifier Finals Denmark took place. Dakarma, SoA, ATS.dk and mTw.AMD.int fought for the ticket to Cologne. It was no problem for us to win against Dakarma, so we met ATS.dk in the final. ATS.dk did not have any chance to win, so we got the ticket to Cologne.

As there was a nice Counter-Strike:Source tournament as well, we decided to send our CS:S players to Ballerup, too. They were able to go through the tournament like the Danish team, winning the Consolation Final and playing the Overall Final. Close matches, a lot emotions and the win for our German players are the result of the match. We were able to win de_tuscan as well was de_inferno.
