It is not a normal Esportevent, it lasts over one week and it is just one game a day. We are talking about the World eSport Masters 2008 in Hangzhou, China. Inviting the best Counter-Strike teams and WarCraft III players from all over the world, it is one of the hardest tournaments. Due to the fact that we have been playing nice the last month, mTw.AMD got invitations, too. The international Counter-Strike team along with mTw.AMD|WhO, our WarCraft III player from South Korea, fought for the prizemoney.

Among the players Moon, Grubby and Sky WhO did not make it through the groupstage and come back with a total of $1000. Better did our CS players. Playing in a group with eSTRO, SK Gaming and wNv we managed to reach the playoffs without a single loss. The semi-final was against the Swedes from fnatic and we were able to send them down to the place three decider.

In the grandfinal we had to face the German EPS champion mousesports which won all their matches before. 2-1 was the result at the end in favor of mTw.int - an awesome final. After we won the first map, de_dust2, mousesports came back into the game winning de_inferno with a close 16-13. The last and deciding map was de_nuke and mouz did not really came in the game so that we won with 16-7 going home with a total of 30.000 USD.
