Andre "nooky" Utesch is a player with a class of it's own, not only in the game but also in real. The 23-year old student is a part of mTw.Mindfactory for more then two years now and at that time when he joined mTw was known as mTw.PokerRoom. Andre was appointed Team-Captain of the new formated Counterstrike:Source team. Previously he played Counterstrike 1.6 before changing to Counterstrike:Source. In the year 2004 he visited the ESL-page for the first time. When he registered at the ESL he was 17-years old and in an age many players had at that time. In an interview he said "I want to have success with my hobby and perhaps earn money in the future". That step he had in October 2005 when he established a team with some friends. They tried to acquire renown while playing in the ESL Amateur Series. After being successful with the team he got a better offer from myRush. While playing at myRush he was able to persuade on a high level. In the end he played for ID Gaming.

From that point Andre reached the top in Germany. He was able to play at a very high level and from game to game it looked like he increased his movement and skill. But not only on the server he was very known, of course in the scene too and he had contact to some known people like and of course to mTw. During some conversations both sides noticed that they fit together perfectly and want to work together. That wish was fulfilled at the 20th of July in 2007 and nooky signed his first contract at mTw. Now, two years later our Management had some really good conversations with nooky and we are happy to announce that Andre will stay with us for two more years!


Contracts were decried in the last months and years but they are a very important component of each professional clan in the eSports scene. Mostly they have a lifetime of a half year. The last contract extension at mTw.Mindfactory was with the danish Counterstrike-Team. Now the first Counterstrike:Source player did it. Last monday our Teamcaptain extended his contract for two more years and will stay with the team. This decision accentuate once again the positive atmosphere in the team and the attitude to get more success together.
