You may have asked yourself who really hides behind the team of mTw.SC2. With this article we would like to introduce you to the individual team members and perhaps even uncover one or the other dark secret.

Lets just start straight away with our team manager Christopher 'Tak3r' Heil. With 26 years in his prime, he takes care of his leisure to the StarCraft 2 team. Tak3r will continue to play Protoss in StarCraft 2 and that is  "Because one time Protoss, always Protoss!". About the break of StarCraft he expressed himself with a dry "Beta pause is stupid" comment. Unfortunately we could not find a dark secret about him, but you can look forward for that to our other team members.


With Marius HoRRoR 'Overhageböck we have our second representative in the focus. Markus is a 20 year old Terran player.  He chose this breed because he thinks it is the most demanding of all. He has set high goals for the release and wants to fill a shelf with all possible awards. We will be crossing our fingers to help him with that. When asked what he does during beta pause, Marius said only very general "seize the time for other things." Obviously we were not satisfied with this answer and asked again. Finally he said he wants to play SC:BW. Editor's note : The World Cyber Games National Final is coming up and there is known to be played SC:BW.

With Number 3 and 4, we have just grabbed a package of two of our players. Thomas 'kAra' Ciolak and Thomas 'Jae' Backs will hold the flag in the 2on2 bracket for mTw.Mindfactory.
Kara and Jae will be playing Protoss and Zerg, and both have also set big goals. Thomas expresses himself diplomatically and said "one of the Top 3 in 2v2" is the goal, while Jae brought it straight to the point and said "we're gonna shake 'em up" said. In their way of playing especially kAra was influenced by the Warpgatenerf, but a true mTw player will not be disencouraged by something like that. For Jae his career will bot begin until the second part of the beta, due to time constraints, but we keep two fingers crossed for a spot on the podium in the national and international tournaments.

Now that we have already presented more than half of the team we're proceeding with a team member who's not only loved but also hated and feared in the scene. We speak of our Silvano "NarutO" Bovo. Besides his passion for playing Terran, he also spends some time for the ESL as a commentator. Occasionally we could hear him comment on his own games and watch him via live stream. During the beta Naruto was most influenced by the Mechbuffs after patch 10. Just as HoRRoR Naruto also uses the beta break for other things and will then start all over when the second part of beta will begin, following the final release of Starcraft 2.
Team member Number 6 is Patrick 'iNfeRnal' Möller. Next to Tak3r one of our four Protoss players. We have caught him when he was playing the first 24 hours of SC2. Just as well as kAra he told us, that  the Warp Gate Nerf was one of  the largest changes in the Beta. We insisted on our obligatory question about his goals for the release. Precisely he could not answer at the current time because he could not estimate the available time frame in the future.

Finally our favorite Simon 'FallY' Kindl. His ambitions in terms of SC2 he summarizes like this: "More nerdism, more streaming, more points". If those are not good goals for a successful career for the Zerg player. The boot camp with the guys from mTw and Cat was described as his best experience during the beta. He describes his feelings about the beta pause with the words: "It makes me sick." We hope Fally won't get too rusty and will achieve his personal goals for the next round of beta and the release with his usual enthusiasm.

Including MoonShine, an enthusiastic Zerg player and NightEnD who is on the Protoss side, the team is complete. Both would prefer to let their actions speak instead of words. Before they swapped to SC2, they have played SC: BW and WC3, so they should still be remembered...

We have asked all team members the most interesting question of all: which players are currently the favorite of each breed in there opinion. In this context, the following names were mentioned very often: Lucifron and Tarson for Terran, Zerg with the name of Dimaga and Sen and finally for the Protoss especially WhiteRa and Tester.

What can't be missing for today is of course the question: Who will win World Cup 2010.
